100 word challenge.

 One time. I decided to sneak into my neighbor's house from the backdoor. They would never lock that door, nor close the windows. Nobody was in the house, only because they left to go somewhere. 


I sneakily opened the door just to make sure the neighbor's wife wasn't there. Gladly she wasn’t there, I walked around and saw a door. I opened it up and... Saw stairs leading down to a basement, and I decided to walk down and.. Suddenly, darkness enveloped the room. I was so scared!

I had to get out of there.. But as soon as I turned around. The door shut closed.

    Nice writing, Angeleen. The ending has lots of tension. I like the way you have used and... to spring into the next piece of action.
